During the initial app set up you will be asked which country you would like to join – Australia or USA.

Selecting the appropriate country ensures that you access the correct platform, as each participating country has its own independent system and account infrastructure.

Common Issues During Country App Selection

  1. Selecting the incorrect country during setup.

  2. Registering on a different regional website than intended.

  3. Facing redirects or app defaults to the wrong region.

Please select the same country as the website on which you registered.

Failing to select the correct country may prevent you from successfully logging in to the app or associating with your local organization.

For example, if you registered on the Australian Steptember website, you need to select Australia as the country for the app.

If you mistakenly selected the wrong country, reinstall the app and choose the correct country during setup to resolve the issue.
