During the initial app set up you will be asked to select your country – Australia or USA.
Selecting the appropriate country ensures that you access the correct platform, as each participating country has its own independent system and account setup.
Please select the same country as the website you used to register.
Choosing the wrong country may prevent you from logging in to the app or connecting with your local organisation.
For example - If you registered on the Australian Steptember website, select Australia as your country.
If you selected the wrong country, simply reinstall the app and choose the correct country during setup.
