How do I track my package?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information provided by Australia Post.

Please ensure that you have provided accurate shipping information as STEPtember cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping details. If your shipping details are incorrect, there is a chance that your package will be returned and additional shipping fees may apply.

Please note, all of of the STEPtember Merchandise is print on demand which allows us to be more environmentally sustainable, however this does mean once your order is confirmed it can then take up to 10 business days for it to be delivered by Australia Post, so be sure to order early so you have your official merchandise in time for 1 September.
