Please note, all of our STEPtember merchandise is print on demand. This allows us to be more environmentally sustainable by only producing items as they are ordered. However, this also means that once your order is confirmed, it can take up to 10 business days for it to be delivered by Australia Post.

Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your delivery and know exactly when to expect your merchandise to arrive.
