Keep in mind that all proceeds from our shop go directly toward supporting people living with Cerebral Palsy so that they can lead the most comfortable, independent, and inclusive lives possible. As such, STEPtember cannot cover the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was damaged or incorrect in some way.
