Why You Might Not See a Team After Joining

Some organisations on the Steptember platform use a Department structure instead of Teams. If this applies to your organisation, the setup might display departments like "Group 1," "Group 2," or other group labels instead of listing teams. Even though a "Team" might not appear on your page, rest assured you are properly assigned within your department and can still participate in all challenges and activities.
