How do I edit my step or fundraising goal?

We recommend 10,000 steps a day for optimum health and overall well-being - but please feel free to adjust to suit your own personal circumstances.

10,000 steps a day is the STEPtember goal, however you can adjust your own daily step goal to suit your own situation.

To update your daily step goal:

  1. Login to your Dashboard

  2. Select 'My Fitness Activity'

  3. Scroll down to edit your daily step goal

  4. Click 'Save changes' (you should see the big green tick)

To update your fundraising goal:

  1. Login to your Dashboard

  2. Select 'Edit my page'

  3. Update your fundraising goal

  4. Click 'update changes' (you should see the big green tick)
