I just logged my steps and the total has not updated
Updated over a week ago

Sometimes the system can take a moment to update your steps or activity count. If this happens, please log out and back into your STEPtember Dashboard or close and re-open the app to refresh and the new total should appear.

If you have tried the above and still having challenges, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to assist you.

Notes:

  • Any stepping/activity data logged prior to 1 September will be wiped clear by 23:59pm AEST 31 August.

  • Your last day to log STEPping/activity data is by 23.59pm AEST 3 October 2024.

  • The maximum number of steps you can log per day is 75,000.
