Updated over a week ago

Sometimes the system can take a moment to update your STEPs or activity count. If this happens, log out and back into your STEPtember Dashboard or close and re-open the app to refresh and the new total should appear.

Notes:

  • Any STEPping/activity data logged prior to 1 September will be wiped clear by 23:59pm AEST 31 August.

  • Your last day to log STEPping/activity data is by 23.59pm AEST 4 October 2024.

  • There is an overall single entry limit of 50k steps across website and app.
