Is there a maximum number of steps that can be logged each day?

I can't log more than 50,000 steps, I need to log more steps, I have done a marathon today and need to add more steps.

We have added in the daily step limit to help keep stepping competition fair, encouraging realistic step counts and to improve accuracy on the Steptember leaderboards.

Steptember also fosters trust through an honesty-based system, allowing participants to log their steps truthfully with automated systems monitoring for any irregularities.

> The maximum daily step limit is 50,000

> We have a maximum manual log amount of 30,000

If you try and log more than 50,000 steps on anyone day an error message will display. These automated alerts help identify discrepancies for validation, ensuring any unusual entries are thoroughly reviewed.
(Any entries over 50,000 with need to provide evidence of tracked activity to the Steptember Customer Service team).

Your extra steps will go through a validation process and be accepted or rejected. The result should or should not show within 48hours.

If after this time frame you still need assistance with an entry approval please contact the Customer Support Team with the details of your activity for manual approval.
