Why is my data not syncing to the app?

Stepping/activity inconsistencies

Some participants might experience slight inconsistencies in their step/activity data during the first couple of days of Steptember, following the first sync of activity data between their wearables/fitness trackers when opening the app. This can result in the app picking up logged activities prior to September, depending on when the first wearable/app sync was performed.

Our tech teams are currently clearing up the data daily to help reduce these inconsistencies and sometimes all you need to do is close the app (swipe up), and this should pull in the new information.

In the meantime, please continue to log your steps as normal and remember you can also log your activities manually from the 'LOG STEPS' section on your dashboard when logged into your account.
