How to Use Multiple Email Addresses on STEPtember

When you sign up for STEPtember, you will be asked to provide your email address. This email address will serve as your username each time you login. This means that you cannot use the same email address on our website more than once. This is to ensure the security and privacy of each user's account.

We do understand that some families may want to participate in STEPtember together using the same email address. If you have a Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo email account, you can create multiple email addresses that all link to the same account. This can be done by simply adding a '+' sign and a number to your email address.

For example, let's say your email address is [email protected]. You can re-use this email address by adding a “+” and a number, such as [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and so on. Our system will recognise these as unique email addresses without having to create multiple accounts.
