New event year requires a new registration.
If you have participated in Steptember in previous years and want to join us again for Steptember 2026, you will need to sign up again for the new event year. Don't worry, the sign up process is quick and easy!
You must sign up via a web page first which in turn will create you app account 😁.
If you have participated in Steptember previously select 'Returning stepper', and if it is your first time select 'First time stepper'.
Note: If you no longer have access to your previous email address then please contact the Customer Support Team so we can assist you.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will have access to your exclusive Steptember 2026 dashboard and you will be able to log into the app.
Forgot your password
If you cannot remember your password and need to reset it, simply click on the "forgotten your password?" link displayed on the login page and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
