Changing Your Steptember Team Name
While it is possible to change your team or organisation name during the Steptember campaign, it is recommended to avoid unnecessary changes as they can disrupt your fundraising efforts. The Customer Support Team is ready to assist if absolutely necessary.
Please note: in order to ensure the integrity of your fundraising page, all team names must be unique. We are not able to alter your team name to a name that already exists or a name that is very similar.
Additionally, if fundraising or team activities have already started, the associated URLs (e.g., links to team or organisation pages) will not change. This ensures continuity and minimizes disruptions, but it is important to plan any updates carefully.
