Steptember T-shirts are dispatched every Friday during the campaign. Delivery generally takes 10–14 business days after dispatch.
Once you reach your $350 or $750 fundraising milestone, your incentive T-shirt will be dispatched, and delivery will take 10–14 business days via Australia Post.
There is no tracking for the T-shirts sent. If your T-shirt has not arrived after 14 business days from the dispatch date, follow these steps:
1. Contact our support team at [email protected]
2. Verify your mailing address: Confirm that the address on file is correct.
3. Request a resend if needed: Specify your T-shirt size and confirm your mailing address for a replacement.
