High Schools are welcome to participate in the main Steptember monthly challenge. Find out more below.

Encourage students to ride or walk to school on 4 September.
Make the day memorable by decorating helmets or bikes.
Your school will have access to engaging activities, educational resources, and opportunities to win great prizes.

High schools
High school students can step up throughout September by participating in the full Steptember challenge of 10k steps a day, their way. Itโs an excellent way to boost fitness and wellbeing, teamwork, and awareness around disability.
